Ordered this product and was a bit skeptical at first - hot and cold therapy...? Was pleasantly surprised: high quality product, put in microwave for a couple of minutes for heat / put in fridge for a couple of hours for cold. Soothing relief for my sore neck. Very pleased with product and product quality - made in USA. Quick ship time: received the neck wrap in a day - thumbs up activelivingnow.com!
