Unique only to EKHO Heart Rate Monitors, this advanced heart rate monitor allows you to enter in how many calories you want to burn during the day and as you work, walk, exercise, you can see how many calories you have left to meet your goal. Using the activity mode you select, along with your personal physical data, your Ekho heart rate monitor will produce a precise reading of your heart rate and calories burned. Special programmable audible and visual alarms let you know when you reach or are outside of your target zones. A comfortable ultra-slim ergonomic chest belt transmits data allowing the system to monitor your body every second during your exercise session.
