this product has helped me very much but there is a definite problem...i have cut myself several times on the locking button on the front of the seat, one time even so badly i had to call EMT...i am on heart meds and blood thinners and i couldnot stop it, it was that deep...i have permanent scar on my leg from the cuts...i have put heavy duty tape over it now...the edges need to be rounded and not pointed...thank you
