Recently had knee surgery and found this reacher online because i was having trouble - sitting in my wheelchair getting to the things i need in the counter and from shelves. This has just been a blessing to help me be more independent and get to the things i need to. What i like is that i can grab things close to me with it shortened and then extend it out to reach the top shelves.
