Tall Walker Extension Legs with Wheels Combo Pack converts your standard walker into a wheeled walker. The combination pack includes one pair of extension legs with 5” wheels and one pair of extension legs. The height adjustable legs add 4” of additional height to your walker. Rear glide caps and glide covers are also included allowing use on all surfaces.  

The Drive walker extension legs and wheels fit all Drive and most leading manufacturers walkers.

  • Allows for height adjustments from 36" to 43" (walker handgrip to floor).
  • Adds 4" to height of walker.
  • 5" rubber wheels allows walker to roll easily and smoothly over irregular surfaces.
