30 Day Easy Return Policy
Our goal at Active Living Now is to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. We are committed to your satisfaction. We take great pride in offering the absolute best in wellness supplies and equipment from leading manufactures. If there is an issue with your order we are dedicated to making it right and doing what is best to keep you as a customer.
Product Returns You may return items sold by Active Living Now within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned with all of the original product packaging, undamaged, and in like new condition. Return shipping costs will be paid only if the return is a result of our error or if the item is damaged prior to shipment. Products that arrived damaged or sent incorrectly will be eligible for repair or replacement only. All returns are subject to an industry standard 20% restocking fee. On orders that received the free shipping promotion or discounted shipping promotion, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund. All returns need to be processed through our Returns Department.
All returned products must have a Return Authorization number to be processed by our Returns Department. Returns received without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted or credited. Products being returned must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization number.
Returned products are subject to inspection and must be in new, unused and resalable condition (no scratches, cracks or dirty tires) and contain the original packing materials and manuals. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable: All Bath Safety Equipment, Bedding, Snoring Aids. This policy includes products that are still considered to be in new condition or are not yet opened.
Easy Return Form The easiest way to request a Return Authorization number and process a return is through our online Return Authorization Request Form.
Please do not send returns to our corporate offices listed on our Contact Us page as they will not be accepted. Return Authorizations will include the correct return address along with a Return Authorization number. Shipping charges will be deducted for any shipping and processing fees related to unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to the appropriate return facility.
Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be issued after we have received and processed your return. For items directed to our Returns Department, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Canceled Orders Orders are processed through our system immediately after the order is placed and the majority of orders ship the same day. With most orders, once an order is placed we will not be able to cancel the order due to the efficient manner in which we process orders. Orders canceled after the products have shipped are subject to all of our standard return policies. You must accept delivery of the order and obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service. If delivery of an item is refused, actual outgoing and return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
